电气绝缘试验方法及注意事项 生产设备部 卢庆华 摘 要：总结公司电气设备安装和运行中电气试验的经验，介绍电气设备绝缘试验的作用、试验方法和操作注意事项。 关键词：电气试验 方法 注意事项 电气设备在生产制造、安装交接和运行中都必须按要求进行电气试验，其目的是鉴定电气设备绝缘状态，测试分析电气设备技术性能，为电气设备的安全运行提供技术依据。电气绝缘试验是电气试验工作的重要内容，我公司电气设备绝缘试验，通常进行绝缘电阻和吸收比测定、直流耐压和泄漏电流测定、交流耐压试验三个项目，本文就这三个试验项目的作用、试验方法和操作注意事项，分别进行介绍，供电气试验人员实际工作中参考。 1、绝缘电阻和吸收比测定 1.1绝缘电阻和吸收比测定的作用 电气设备的绝缘是通过绝缘材料将导电体与其他导体隔离的，因而就形成了一个电容，给电气设备的绝缘施加直流电压时，便会产生随时间衰减的充电电流、吸收电流和不随时间衰减的电导电流，这三部分电流合称为泄漏电流。电气设备绝缘电阻试验的等值电路如图1所示。 图1 泄漏电流中的充电电流随时间衰减，会很快下降为零；吸收电流是由于施加直流电压时，绝缘内部空间电荷的积累，使电场重新分布引起的，这种自由电荷聚集和流动的吸收现象，有时可达几分钟；电导电流是与绝缘材料电阻成反比的恒定电流，由于任何绝缘材料都不是绝对绝缘的，电导电流始终是存在的。试验电流随时间变化关系如图2所示。图中曲线1为泄漏电流；曲线2为吸收电流；曲线3为电导电流，曲线4为充电电流。 图2 图3为电气设备绝缘的吸收特性，反映了良好绝缘和不良绝缘中电流的变化关系，图中曲线1、2为良好绝缘的绝缘电阻与电流的变化关系，曲线3、4为不良绝缘的绝缘电阻与电流的变化关系。 图3 根据电气设备绝缘的吸收电流随时间衰减的特性，采用不同时间所测绝缘电阻的比值（通常取60秒和15秒绝缘电阻值的比值），来作为判断绝缘状态的一项指标，称为吸收比。吸收比 式中： and due diligence evaluations article 22nd head office, branch (jurisdiction), risk management, marketing management branch within the Departments credit business person assumed responsibility for the supervision and inspection and due diligence evaluations.
