摘要 商业银行以金融资产和负债为经营对象，在现代金融中处于核心地位，其服务范围的大众性和业务的公共性、社会性决定了其承担社会责任的正当性和必然性。在经济全球化大背景下，商业银行的特殊性决定了它在经济活动中占有重要的地位，其经营活动对一国经济产生重要的影响，商业银行社会责任受到了人们的普遍关注。2008年爆发的金融危机也说明商业银行在追求利益最大化的同时，必须高度重视风险管理，兼顾社会的整体利益。现阶段我国商业银行在承担社会责任问题上，存在一些不容忽视的问题。随着商业银行的国际化，受其经营活动影响的人员范围也在不断扩大。因此，为防范商业银行过分追求利润带来的严重社会后果，研究我国商业银行的社会责任意义重大。本文阐述了企业社会责任与商业银行社会责任的理论问题，通过对国内外商业银行履行社会责任现状的比较指出我国商业银行在履行社会责任方面存在的问题如对社会责任的重要性认识不足、信息披露制度不完善等，并提出相应完善建议。指出必须通过完善商业银行承担社会责任的内外部环境才能将商业银行社会责任落实到商业银行的经营行为中。在目前这个大环境下，要使得社会责任成为银行的自觉行动和普遍行为，需要一个不断完善的法制环境来强制，一个良好的政府来引导，一个不断发展的行业组织来监督，一个适宜的公司治理结构来控制，以及浓厚的企业文化来巩固。 关键词：我国，商业银行，社会责任，研究； Abstract Commercial bank in financial assets and liabilities of the business object, in the modern finance is in the core status, its scope of service, the public and business of the public, society determines the social responsibility of the legitimacy and necessity.
