摘要 随着鄂尔多斯市经济的进一步发展，作为PVC、烧碱项目的自备电厂，在充分利用当地的煤炭资源，增加企业发展所必需的热、电的能源基础建设，实现节约能源，减少污染改善城市大气环境，因此提升热电厂的生产运营管理水平具有重要的现实意义。 本文以内蒙古亿利化学工业有限公司热电厂的生产运营管理问题为研究对象，结合现代先进的成本管理、节能管理和环境保护管理理论，对内蒙古亿利化学工业有限公司热电厂的生产管理现状作了详细的分析，探讨了内蒙古亿利化学工业有限公司热电厂生产运营管理中存在的问题并进一步的提出了优化对策。总结起来，就是分别阐述了热电厂的成本管理、节能管理和环境保护管理中的现状与问题。 后来提出了加强成本管理、节能管理和环境保护管理的对策。 关键词：热电厂，成本管理，节能管理，环境保护 Abstract With the further development of Ordos Citys economy, as PVC, caustic soda captive power plant projects, making full use of local coal resources, increasing the necessary infrastructure of the heat electrical energy for the development of enterprises, to achieve energy savings, improve urban air pollution environment, and therefore enhance the production of heat and power plant operation and management level has important practical significance.
