However, due to their own and historical reasons, we should pay more attention on the management of enterprises during their development. The human resource management is a key factor to the enterprises goal of development, and performance management is the core of modem human resource management. The best way to carry out performance management is to build a set of effective performance evaluation system. As a modern management means, an effective performance evaluation system can help enterprise achieve their goals and continuous development. The thesis includes three parts.
