From the 1950s on, cell culture into the rapid development stage and spread to other disciplines, currently cell culture technology has widely used in biology and medicine for different areas of study. Cell growth need certain nutrients environment, cell culture refers to remove cells from body organization in the presence of the environment, echoing the ph and sterile, proper temperature conditions, with certain nutrients that period, and maintain its to grow the structure and function of a culture technology.
