运动影响AMPK、糖代谢的研究进展 罗强 扬州大学体育学院（扬州225009） 摘 要：AMPK在真核细胞生物中广泛存在，属丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。AMPK能感知细胞能量代谢状态的改变，并通过影响细胞物质代谢的多个环节维持细胞能量供求平衡。当细胞内ATP减少时，AMPK一方面通过抑制糖原、脂肪和胆固醇的合成，减少ATP的利用；另一方面，通过促进脂肪酸氧化、葡萄糖转运等，增加ATP的产生。因此，AMPK被认为是调节细胞能量代谢的开关，有人将之称为“细胞能量调节器”。 关键词：运动；AMPK；糖代谢；糖尿病 Research progress on effects of AMPK , glucose metabolism by exercise Abstract:AMPK is existence being in eucaryotic organism,it belongs to serine/threonine protein kinase.
