毕业设计 CA1095K2型载货汽车驱动桥的设计 摘 要 随着汽车工业的发展及汽车技术的提高，驱动桥的设计、制造工艺都在日益完善。驱动桥也和其他汽车总成一样，除了广泛采用新技术外，在机构设计中日益朝着“零件标准化、部件通用化、产品系列化”的方向发展及生产组织的专业化目标前进。 本文是对CA1095K2型载货汽车的驱动桥进行设计，研究目的在于通过对汽车整体的匹配性设计完成驱动桥的主减速器、差速器、半轴及桥壳等部件型号的设计与计算，并完成校核。其中，主减速器由一对圆锥齿轮组成，两齿轮轴线在空间上呈九十度角，其功用是当在变速器的最高档时，能使汽车具有足够大的牵引力、适当的最高车速和良好的燃油经济性；差速器的功用是使俩驱动轮能适应在不同工况下要求的不同角速度旋转；半轴属于汽车传动系统，处于末端，其功用是将半轴齿轮传来的转矩传给驱动轮；桥壳是汽车上的主要零件之一，既能承载又能传力，同时还是主减速器、差速器和驱动轮传动装置的外壳。 关键词：驱动桥；主减速器；差速器；半轴；桥壳。 The design of Drive axle in truck CA1095K2 Abstract With the development of the automotive industry and automotive technology, design, manufacturing processes of Drive axle are both increasingly improve. Like other automotive assemblies, Drive axle , in addition to the widespread adoption of new technologies, Increasingly develop in the direction of 損arts standardization, universal ,product serialization ?and toward the goal of production specialization in Mechanism Design. This paper is talking about the design of Drive axle in truck CA1095K2 , the purposes of research is , by matching design on the overall vehicle, to complete the design and calculation of main reducer, differential, axle ,axle housing and other components, and then , complete the check. And the main reducer is composed by a pair of bevel gears, their axis is at right angles in space, its function is that ,when the transmission on the most upscale, to make sure the car has a sufficiently large traction, proper maximum speed and good fuel economy; The function of differential is to enable two wheels are adapted to the different requirements of the different angular velocity conditions; Axle is in end of automotive transmission, and belongs to it, the function of axle is to pass the torque coming from the side gear to the wheels; Axle housing is a main part of a car, can achieve both carrying and force transmission, and it is the shell of the main reducer, differential and axle.
