养殖小区管理中存的问题与对策2.docVIP

畜禽养殖小区建设规范 在畜牧业发展过程中，我县个别畜禽养殖小区在建设和管理上存在着不少问题，严重制约了小区的健康发展，弱化了小区的示范带动作用，这些问题如不及时解决，将制约我市畜牧业健康发展，甚至成为畜产品安全的事故的源头， 一、养殖小区建设存在的问题　　 1.小区规划、布局不合理。部分养殖小区未请畜牧专家进行统一规划和设计，没有统一标准，选址随意，布局小、散、乱。一些养殖户防疫隔离意识差，“以场为家”，不重视场内卫生工作，生产区与生活区紧紧相连，场内畜禽生产、居民生活混为一体；有的畜舍与居民住房仅一墙之隔，使养殖小区变成了居民生活的村落。有的甚至没有防疫消毒制度一些畜禽养殖小区内生产经营无规划，信息无交流，由养殖户自行组织生产，缺乏统一沟通与配合，致使畜禽防疫工作随意性大健康养殖管理养殖环境管理沼气厌氧发酵法利用此法生产新能源—沼气不仅可以处理含水多的粪而且可处理污水，适用刮粪和水冲法的饲养工艺，其所产生的沼渣、浴液可用于肥田养鱼，有利于形成生态农业。分户管理坚持在全市开展“政策、法律、科技”入场区活动，通过电视、报纸媒体宣传，采取集中培训、现场指导、技术讲座等多种方式，对养殖小区饲养户进行强化培训，逐步提高养殖户科技意识和先进实用技术应用能力。 作者介绍：朱琳祥，甘肃张掖市动物卫生监督所副所长 E-mail:zhulx8488@163.com 邮编：734000 电话地址：甘肃张掖甘州区北街70号 conferences, learned superiors policies; reports, you can learn to deal with problems, art, just wanted to learn, to learn at any time.
