某区农村基本医疗卫生工作综合评估汇报 为贯彻落实卫生部等七部门联合印发的《中国农村初级卫生保健发展纲要（2001—2010年）》，全面推进农村卫生事业发展，促进社会主义新农村建设，在市委、市政府正确领导下，在某市卫生局的悉心指导下，某区农村卫生整体工作取得长足发展。在搭建和巩固农村三级卫生服务网络进程中，某区委、区政府高度重视此项工作，将我区农村卫生工作的建设与发展纳入《某区“十五”期间卫生发展规划》及《某区“十一五”期间卫生发展规划》中。通过合理配置农村卫生服务资源，加强农村卫生服务体系和救助体系建设，统筹城乡卫生事业可持续发展，努力满足广大农村地区群众不同层次的医疗保健需求。同时在此基础上，结合我区具体情况，规范、健全农民医疗保障制度，拓展农村卫生服务功能，提升农村卫生服务品质，使全区农村地区群众真正享受到经济、方便、有效、连续的卫生服务。 一、某区农村卫生服务资源配置基本情况 某区地处某市西南，是城市功能拓展区，总占地面积308平方公里，辖3个乡、2个镇和16个街道办事处，截止2009年底，全区共有常住人口182.3万人，其中农村户籍人口12.1万。 目前，我区共有乡镇社区卫生服务中心5所，农村社区卫生服务站49个及村卫生室25个。已初步形成由区卫生局、区疾病预防控制中心、区妇幼保健院、区精神卫生防治院为工作指导机构，以区域医疗中心和对口支援医院为医疗服务技术依托，以乡镇社区卫生服务中心（原农村卫生院）以及农村社区卫生服务站、农村卫生所为工作主体的农村卫生服务网络体系。直接面向31.5万农村地区群众提供医疗、预防、保健、康复、健康教育、计划生育技术指导等基本医疗服务和公共卫生服务。 二、加大投入 加强农村卫生基础建设 为不断提高农村卫生服务水平，完善农村卫生服务功能，市、区级政府逐年提高农村卫生服务经费支持，用于卫生院和村卫生室改制、新型农村合作医疗、初级卫生保健、等工作 2010年，我区有万人参加了新型农村合作医疗，占 conferences, learned superiors policies; reports, you can learn to deal with problems, art, just wanted to learn, to learn at any time.
