东海平湖油气田的投产与运行 ? 吴介明 ? （上海石油天然气总公司） ? 提 要 介绍在东海第一个投产的油气田平湖油气田的油气田、工程建造、投产、生产运行及确保向上海市平稳供气的的基本情况。油井于1998年11月18日投产，气井于1999年3月10日投产，目前日产原油水平已达3000立方米，向上海市日供气规模最高已达100万立方米。今年国庆前一期工程将全面建成，生产能力将达到原油3100m3/d和天然气161万m3/d的设计规模。 Summary The Ping Hu Oil and Gas field is the first field, which was put on stream in East China Sea. The oil wells were put on stream at 18 Nov. 1998. The gas wells were put on stream at 10 March 1999. The design productivity of the field, which is 3100 m3/d for oil and 1,610,000 m3/d for gas will be reach before the National day. Now the productivity of the field is 3
