论文题目： 学科领域： 申请人： 指导教师： 摘 要 随着改革开放的不断深入，我国的经济建设逐步完善，但是目前来看，我国真正具有国际竞争实力的行业并不多，而船舶制造业就是其中之一，一直在推动人类历史进步的过程中占据着不可替代的重要地位。山东省民营船舶制造企业的发展向来是我国政府关注的重点发展对象，尤其是山东省民营船舶制造企业的出现和发展对于我国船舶制造企业的发展有着积极的竞争激励作用，其发展推进了我国整体船舶制造企业的发展和进步。船舶制造企业由于自身大型单件小批生产等特点的限制，需要大量的资金支持，所以充足的资金来源是船舶制造企业生存和发展的必要条件。由于民营船舶制造企业的发展过程中存在自身经济和权利等方面的局限性，山东省民营船舶制造企业的发展一直没有突破性的进步，因此，利用政府部门的帮扶是推进山东省民营船舶制造企业进步的必然趋势。 本为就以山东省民营船舶制造企业金融扶持政策研究为题，通过对国内外相关船舶政策的研究，对山东民营船舶制造企业进行了问卷调查，了解了目前山东民营船舶制造企业在政府金融扶持方面存在的一些问题，同时借鉴了日韩和我国长江三角洲的发展政策，对山东民营船舶制造企业未来的发展提出了相关建议，山东政府应加强对民营船舶制造企业的扶持政策，完善相关的政策体系，督促山东省民营船舶制造企业科学合理运用政府给予的优惠和扶持，尽快把握机遇取得飞跃性的发展。 关 键 词：民营船舶制造企业；山东省；金融扶持；政策 论文类型：研究报告 Title: Shandong Private Shipbuilding Enterprise Financial Support Policy Research Professional Fields: Master of Public Administration Applicant: Wang Peng Supervisor: Prof. Zhao An ABSTRACT With the deepening of the reform and opening up, Chinas economic development gradually improve, but for now, our country really has the international competitive power of industry is not much, and ship manufacturing industry is one of them, has been promoting the progress of human history occupies an irreplaceable important role in the process.
