论企业薪酬激励体制的建立
内容摘要:为了探讨薪酬激励体制的建立以及提高体制的激励性等问题, 本文首先从薪酬激励的概念出发,明确了研究的对象和薪酬激励在现代人力资源管理中的地位和作用。接着通过对薪酬激励理论的阐明,揭示了薪酬激励产生作用的原理。企业现有的薪酬激励体制中存在着许多问题,本文通过对现有问题的分析,阐述了薪酬对企业员工有着巨大激励的效应,明确指出薪酬激励的重要性及建立全面的、有效的薪酬激励体制对于企业可持续发展的重要意义。
同时,本文也指出了因为企业之间有着行业、规模和所有制等方面的差异,所以很难确保某种好的体制一定能适用于所有企业。建立薪酬激励体制应从企业自身特点出发,在充分借鉴国内外建立的成功的薪酬激励体制的基础上,量体裁衣,而非生搬硬套。本文结合对薪酬激励体制发展趋势的介绍,进一步说明建立有效的企业薪酬激励体制所应选用的原则和方法。

Abstract: In order to discuss the salary to drive the system the establishment as well as enhanced the system and so on the question, this article first the concept which drove from the salary embarks, has been clear about the research object and the salary drive in the modern human resources management status and the function. Then through to the salary drove the theory exposition, promulgated the salary to drive had the function principle. The enterprise existing salary drove in the system has many problems, this article through to the existing question analysis, elaborated the salary has the huge drive to the enterprise staffs the effect, explicitly pointed out the salary drove the importance and comprehensively establishes, the effective salary drive system regarding the enterprise sustainable development vital significance. At the same time, this article also pointed out because between the enterprise to have aspect the and so on profession, scale and system of ownership difference, therefore was very difficult to guarantee some kind of good system certainly to be able to be suitable for all enterprises. The establishment salary drove the system should embark from the enterprise own characteristic, in fully profits from the domestic and foreign establishments in the successful salary drive system foundation, acts according to circumstances, but must copies mechanically and applies slavishly.
