三 江 学 院 本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 春城佳苑12#楼工程造价文件的编制 土木工程 院（系） 土木工程 专业 学生姓名 王欢 学号 12011084018 指导教师 侯宇颖、陈沛 职称 副教授、总监 指导教师工作单位 三江学院、钟山监理公司 起讫日期 2015.3.2～2015.6.19 摘 要 这次毕业设计是我在学校学习实践的最后一个环节，是各个教学环节的继续、深化和扩展，是训练我们分析问题，解决问题，综合能力提高的重要阶段，此次毕业设计的主要任务是春城佳苑12#楼工程造价文件的编制。 茅山镇村庄整理安置小区（春城佳苑）12#楼位于江苏省镇江句容市茅山镇，本工程，建筑地上6层，主体建筑高度17.15米，设计使用年限为50年，结构体系为框架结构，结构类别为丙类，建筑耐火等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为七度，地上建筑面积为4735.2平方米。 从实际情况得悉，工程造价与现实中的造价有着相对的差异。要改善编制造价文件的质量，造价的编制要做到规范、完备、确切、清楚明了，并且在造价文件编制之前做好市场情况的预测及对人材机价格的调查等，以上种种都是影响造价变化的关键。 关键词：施工图预算；清单计价；预算定额；造价控制 ABSTRACT This graduation design is the last we learn in school practice link, is the continuation of each teaching link, deepening and expansion, is training us to analyze problems, solve the problem, the important stage of the comprehensive ability to improve the graduation design is the main task of the Phoenix Garden 12 # building construction drawing budget preparation. Maoshan Town Finishing resettlement area (Spring City Garden) 12 # building located in Zhenjiang Maoshan Town, Jurong City, Jiangsu Province. This project, building 6 floors of the main building height 17.15 meters, the design life of 50 years. Architecture for the frame structure, the structure of class C category, building fire resistance rating of two, the seismic intensity of seven degrees, the ground floor area of 4,735.2 square meters. Learned from the practical experience, the project cost and the actual cost there is a certain gap. In order to improve the quality of cost budgeting, cost planning requires system, complete, accurate, clear, and make the market prediction in cost and unit price of machine of talent of research, these are the key factors influencing the cost.
