有機農業教育體驗之研究 A Study on the Educational Experiments of Organic Agriculture? 研究生：王柔蘋 Wang,Jou-Pin 指導教授：段兆麟 Tuan, Chao-Lin 【摘要】 有機農業是一種不污染環境、不破壞生態，並能提供消費者健康與安全農產品的生產方式。而在教育的體驗中，教育需要客體更多的積極參與，要確實擴展一個人的視野、增加他的知識，教育必須積極使用大腦和身體。本研究主要探討消費者利用有機農場業資源，參與體驗活動，以期達到自然與環境教育目標，並提供有機農場經營者作為吸引消費者及改善本身資源及環境設施之依據。研究的重點在於探討與瞭解不同「有機農場資源」及「有機農業體驗項目」對於消費者「自然與環境教育目標」的相關性。研究發現：一、台灣地區有64家有機農場設有體驗活動，以慈心有機農業發展基金會TOAF）國際美育自然生態基金會MOA）Abstract】 Organic agriculture is one of kinds that do not pollute the environment and destroy the ecology; its healthy and secure food production model offers consumers a saver choices. Besides that, it also provides educational function. Through education, it expends one’s vision and knowledge, and it provides more positive participation in both brain and body.The objective of this research is to discuss customers’ utilizations and participation of the organic farms’ resource through experience activities. And through these activities, it can achieve the major goal of natural and environmental education; also can give some suggestions for future improvement in farms’ environmental facility and customers’ management. The main focus is on conferring and understanding different organic farms’ “resources” and “experience activities” has any relationship between “natural and environmental education goal.” The result shows: 1.There are 64 organic farms that have experiencing activities in Taiwan. Most of them are under supervised and be authenticated by the Tse-Xin Organic Agricultural foundation TOAF or Mokich Okada International Association MOA . 2.Most of organic farms cultivates vegetables and fruits. If they have other unique resource, it is easier to attract consumers’ attention. 3.Organic farm combine produce , ecology and knowing, main focuses of the experience activities are in the agricultural and ecological contents. 4.Organic farms will use any means to increase their professional knowledge in order to provide a better educational narration.
