洋蔥移植栽培介質團粒固定化之研究The Study on Pelleted and Immobilized Culture Medium for Onion Transplanted 研究生：蘇冠旗　Su, Guan-Chi 指導教授：謝欽城　Hsieh, Ching-Chen 謝清祿　Hsieh, Ching-Lu 【摘要】 洋蔥（Allium cepa L）在本省主要的種植地區是以恆春半島為主，土及氣候，以日本洋蔥移植機種植，植株會有倒伏的發生本研究以5種不同栽培介質GRAMOFLOR、BIOLAN 1 、BIOLAN 2 、滿地王2號日本介質育苗試驗，最佳者GRAMOFLOR，發芽率、莖粗及株高土pH值6.0～6.5，最適洋蔥育苗。搭配4種黏著劑、2及洋蔥品種，進行育苗試驗及田間移植試驗。結果顯示，GRAMOFLOR1：500進行育苗，發芽率、莖粗、株高土團團粒固定化效果為最佳田間移植試驗中，缺株率與傷苗率皆在標準值內檢驗試驗1：425、1：500及1：575的，，，1：500，，可解決發芽率不足的問題。本研究關鍵字：洋蔥、洋蔥移植機、黏著劑The onion Allium cepa L. mainly grows in the Hengchun peninsula in Taiwan. Because soil property of the onion planting field was the gravel loam, and the autumn tempest effects, after transplanted by the onion transplant machine and the medium adhesive which both imported from Japan, made some lodged and missed plants. Nevertheless, the Japanese medium adhesive is not easy to import. Therefore, it wasn’t suitable for the onion transplanted in the Hengchun of peninsula in Taiwan .In order to overcome this problem, we used 5 different kinds of culture medium GRAMOFLOR、BIOLAN 1 、BIOLAN 2 、King NO.2 and J , and sowed 1 seed in every cell for the growing seedlings experiment. After this experiment, the optimal one was GRAMOFLOR. It has 80% germination, 3.5 cm stem, 25 cm length, 350 gf soil push force, and the pH was 6.0 to 6.5. GRAMOFLOR was thus the most suitable for the culture medium that onions grew seedlings. Then, we used GRAMOFLOR to combine 4 different kinds of adhesive ACASA、、two AAVAPE with 708 and 806 type onion, for growing seedlings experiment and transplanted experiment in the filed. The results showed that the best one was GRAMOFLOR and 708 type onion with 1:500 diluted ACASA to grow seedlings. It has 48% germination, 3.0 cm stem, 22 cm length, and the soil has pelleted and immobilized effective. In transplanted experiment, GRAMOFLOR and 708 type onion with 1:500 diluted ACASA has 4% missing plant rate, and 1% hurting plant rate. The two rates are both in the standard rang
