Escherichia coli is used for prevention and treatment of antibiotics. E. coli has caused great economic losses to the aquaculture industry, in order to better and more effective treatment of chicken E. coli disease, this experiment to the natural infection of chicken for the treatment of the animal, the study of drug alone and the combination of drug treatment of Escherichia coli. The chickens were randomly divided into 3 groups, 30 rats in each group. The first group was administered with gentamicin sulfate (100 mg/kg), second groups of amoxicillin soluble powder (100 mg/kg), and third groups of sulfate and amoxicillin soluble powder (100 mg/kg, 50mg/kg), 5d. Mainly to the cure rate and survival rate of each group as the standard evaluation of efficacy. The results showed that the cure rate was 83% and 73% respectively, and the cure rate was 93%. Mortality rates were 17%, 13%, 7%. The results showed that the efficiency of 83%, 87%, 93%, respectively, the experimental results showed that gentamicin and amoxicillin can effecti
