Thus， the supply system of preschool education has been heatedly discussed accordingly.This thesis makes some suggestions for the supply system innovation of preschool education in western areas， based on the sampling surveys in Yibin. 　　Key words： Society construction； Western areas； Preschool education； the Supply system； Demand investigation. 　　The supply system of preschool education involves institutions of laws， polices， projects， criteria， investment， management， assessment， supervision and so on. Nowadays， comparing with education in other stage， the preschool education supplies in China undersupply， which leads to some problems. For example， its hard for children to get into kindergartens and the cost of getting into kindergartens is too high. The reason for all those problems lies in the insufficiency of supply systems for preschool education， which needs to be innovated timely. 　　1. Supply systems of preschool education have become the social concerns 　　Nowadays， more and more attention is paid to preschool education in China， and it present more and more social concerns on supply systems of preschool education. 　　It is required in the Hu Jintaos report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we should develop preschool education， promote balanced development of nine-year compulsory education， improve the system of lifelong education and build a learning society. At present， preschool education has been paid an increasing attention by parents， society and educational institutions . However， the legal system construction lags. The input of preschool education is far behind other educational stage. Meanwhile， the development of preschool education is prominently unbalanced.
