By establishing and analyzing the linear and nonlinear evaluation models, the comprehensive rankings for the teachers, which are more rational, are obtained. In order to apply the accumulated data, this thesis establishes a “historical” evaluation model which analyze the teachers’ teaching effects and dynamically acquire their teaching level. The results show that the rankings are similar to the reality. （五号，Times New Roman） Key words：Kruskal-Wallis H tests; standard method; linear evaluation; nonlinear evaluation; Historical evaluation （五号，Times New Roman） （注：英文字体均为Times New Roman） 一、引言 自2003年以来，鲁东大学使用了网上评教系统，该系统对教师教学效果做出了综合评价，成为衡量教师教学水平的主要手段．在实施的过程中，基本上能够反映教师的教学效果，但也存在一定的偏差，如教师教授不同的班级，讲授不同的课程以及在不同的教学组中均能造成一定的偏差．因此本文的主要目的就是在研究现有评教系统的前提下，消除上述偏差之后选择合理的数学模型对教师进行公平公正的排名，从而改进评教系统模型．另外，根据以往积累的评教数据，建立“历史”评价模型，对教师的教学效果进行更科学的评价，
