毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目 我国供应链金融发展的对策研究 姓 名 罗 仁 才 学 号 0910911135 所在学院 经济与政法学院 专业班级 09金融 1 班 指导教师 陈 李 宏 日 期 二0 一三年五月十六日  摘 要 21 世纪，经济全球化、信息技术进步以及管理思想的创新，使得企业竞争方式发生了巨大的转变，企业间的竞争已经转变为如何打造更加高效、安全、稳定和低成本的供应链体系之间的竞争，全球进入了“供应链竞争”时代。供应链融资是银行金融的创新重点和企业产融结合的新范式，而我国中小企业传统融资模式中，由于主要融资渠道严重不通，间接渠道受限制，内源融资匮乏，于是供应链融资模式应运而生。本文共分为五个部分，第一部分绪论介绍了我国供应链金融发展的Due to the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country the traditional financing model, the main financing channel serious impassability, indirect channel is limited, the lack of internal financing, supply chain financing model arises at the historic moment. It refers to the core enterprise as the center, regard it as a supply chain, the support of the capital injection around the core enterprise of the upstream and downstream enterprises, the core enterprise and upstream and downstream enterprise study, as a whole, in order to enhance the entire supply chains competition ability and the service concept of intrinsic value. This article obtains from the research background of supply chain finance development in China, combining with the research on supply chain financial status quo at home and abroad, the definition of supply chain finance and three models were summarized. And then points out the development of supply chain finance for our country enterprise and the importance of financial markets, finally aiming at the existing problems in the development of supply chain finance in our country, gives some countermeasures of supply chain finance development in China.
