2010年度述职述廉报告 分院教务处 2010年是我工作特别紧张繁忙的一年。12月份之前任网院教务处处长，之后任商贸旅游系主任；此外还承担了应用外语系2门课程的教学任务，入选为中央电大《综合英语》课程教学团队骨干成员。回顾一年来的工作情况，自己认为，能够认真执行党委、行政的决策和指令，和工作团队一道团结协作、顶难而为，较好地完成了份内外的各项工作。 一、注重学习，努力提高政治素养、管理水平和业务能力 现今社会是一个学习型社会。学习是履职必需，是一种人生态度。为此，我比较注重学习，努力提高政治素养、管理水平和业务能力。 一是注重政治理论学习。积极参加中心组和日常时事政治学习，认真学习科学发展观、领导干部作风建设等政治文献和“湖南省干部教育网络培训在线学习”《科学发展观与人本管理》等30多门课程，率先完成规定的学时学分。以学习所得指导自己的实际工作，制定了《网院教务处处务公开制度》、《教务处党政干部廉政建设规定》和构建学习型组织《处领导班子学习小组思想政治理论与业务学习计划》。学习的强化不断提升了自身的政治素养，提高了政治理论水平，保持了清醒的政治头脑和廉洁务实的工作作风。 二是加强德性修养学习。读书多审美与道德的本源《人性的弱点》《》曾国藩家书神曲源氏物语湖南省高等职业教育专业建设评估办法 consciousness.
