毕 业 论 文 论文题目 中国食糖的供求预测 学 院 经济管理学院 专业年级 农林经济管理03级 姓名学号 蒋燕 031107225 指导教师 司 伟 职 称 副教授 （2007 年 6月） 中国农业大学教务处制摘要 目前我国食糖的供求缺口有进一步扩大的趋势，随着食糖价格的上涨，食糖替代品的发展速度很快，食糖产业体系的风险不断加大，因此，研究我国食糖的供给潜力以及食糖需求快速增长背后的推动力量具有重要的实践意义。 制糖原料是来自两种完全不同的作物，甘蔗和甜菜，食糖的供给由原料和榨糖环节共同决定，其关键在于原料。本文从原料生产的角度，预测了我国食糖供给的变化趋势；然后，从居民用糖和工业用糖两个层次，研究了食糖的需求变化趋势，最后，从贸易的角度，识别了我国满足国内食糖供需缺口的可能途径。 研究发现 再次基础上两对食糖的需求进行分析，食糖的需求分方面，其中直接用糖量可以通过农村、城镇居民人口数和对应的人均食糖直接消费量计算得出，工业用糖量可以通过总的食糖消费量减去居民直接用糖量得到，之后从工业用糖量和居民直接用糖量两方面分析我国食糖的需求情况，并预测我国2010年食糖的需求；通过对需求和供给的分析，得到了我国食糖供不应求的结论，从而进一步分析我国食糖的贸易情况 。 最后，根据前文的分析，有针对性的提出增强我国食糖产业体系安全性的政策建议，以降低食糖产业的风险性，推动糖业的发展。 关键词： 食糖 供给和需求 中国 Abstract The sugar crop mainly includes sugarcane and beet. The supply of sugar is decided by both raw material and production. In this paper, on the assumption that production never changes, the auther analyses the supply of sugar from the aspect of cultivation area of sugarcane and beet, and forecast supply of sugar in China in 2010. Then, demand of sugar is analyzed. Sugar demand includes civilian and industry. The direct use of sugar can be got by the population of rural and city and corresponding average quantity. The use of industry sugar can be got by total consumption minus civilian consumption. After that, the writer analyses the condition of sugar demand in China from the two aspects, and forecasts the demand of China in 2010. By the analysis of supply and demand, the writer gets the conclusion that in China, sugar supply falls short of demand, and then analyses the condition of sugar trade in China. At last, on the base of the former analysis, the writer suggests strengthening the security of sugar industry in China so that the risk of it will become lower and it will develop.
