The site is located at the south-east corner of Spring City on a cliff with an excellent view over the Lake Yang Zong Hai.
With a net land area of approx.127, 079.66sqm, the project must yield minimum GFA of 44,712 sqm. The maximum allowable plot ratio is 1.1 and density is 0.35.
The project comprises of 3 types of high-end residential - Custom Design Luxurious Villa, Super Villa and Villa, along with clubhouse and supporting facilities.
Total GFA for the entire 127, 079.66sqm site is 44,712 sqm, divided into the following:
