六味地黄丸对激素和免疫抑制剂治疗系统性红斑狼疮干预作用的研究 摘要：目的：观察六昧地黄丸对激素、免疫抑制荆治疗系统性红斑狼疮(sLE)的干预作用。方法：两组均给予 泼尼松，首始剂量lmg／kg／目．早晨8点顿服，持续8周后，每2周减5mg，至30mg／日时．缓慢减量。有狼疮肾炎的 患者，用环磷酰胺(cTx)0 89静脉输注，每月J擞。洁疗蛆同时加服六昧地黄丸8粒，每天3次。结果：治疗组总 有效率96．67％。对照姐有效率80．33％，治疗组疗效忱于对照组(Po．05)；口腔溃疡、月经不调、肝功异常厦补体 c3、24小时蛋白尿等指标两蛆均改善显著(p0 05，P0 01)．但以治疗组为优(P(0 05)；其复发率以治疗组为 抵(P(O 05)。治疗蛆出现的阴虚火旺症候积分值及不良反应的发生率均校对照组为低(P0 05，P0 01)。结 论：六昧地黄丸能显著提高激素和免疫抑制舟J对SLE的疗鼓、减少其复发．并能对抗激素的不盘反应。 关键词：红斑穰疮 六昧地黄丸 糖皮质激素免疫抑制剂 relationship between Government and business.
