本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：DN1000二分加热器机械设计 学生姓名：苏辉 学 号：0964134133 专 业：过程装备与控制工程 班 级：装备09-1班 指导教师：孟智慧 摘要 本文是一篇关于固定管板式换热器的结构设计，主要用于尿液的冷却。对固定管板式换热器进行了深入的研究，首先，在换热器总体结构方面，对其筒体、封头进行了厚度计算和强度校核，得到了在工称直径DN1000，特定的公称压力下合理的筒体和封头的厚度，并对筒体和管箱的接管进行了选型与开孔补强校核。其次，在换热器内部结构方面进行了换热管的计算和管子的布置，按照正确的布管计算方法对换热器公称直径为1000mm的管板实施了单管程，单壳程条件下的人工计算布管并画出了相应的CAD布管图。同时用BS法对管板厚度进行了计算和校核。在整个设计过程中，还包括一些其他零部件的设计和选型，也对整体制造和安装进行了分析。最后得到一套完整的固定管板式换热器的结构设计方案，包括CAD图纸。 关键词： 换热器；固定管板式换热器；结构设计；强度校核；制造工艺 Abstract This paper is fixed on a plate heat exchanger of the structural design, mainly used for cooling the urine.
