General 1.概要 1.1 This procedure applies to the material for Code Items which are fabricated in accordance with ASME Code Section Ⅰ，Section VIII Div.1 Div.2 and B31.1. 1.1此程序适用于依照ASME锅炉和压力容器规范第一卷，第八卷第一册、第二册及ASME B31.1要求制造的规范产品。 1.2The QC Inspector in charge of receiving examination shall be experienced. 1.2负责验收的质控检验师应具有丰富的经验。 1.3 The direct visual examination is employed by this procedure. 1.3 此程序用于直接外观检查。 1.4 On the examination field, the illumination shall be sufficient to assure that the examination can be performed well. 1.4在检验现场，要有充足的照明以保证检验能顺利进行。 1.5 The measuring and test equipment used for examination shall be calibrated and be used in the effective period. 1.5 检定并且在有效期内使用用于检验的测量和测试设备。 2.
