市民族工作情况报告 全市有400个少数民族，少数民族人口口近13万人；辖有自治县11个、民族乡3个、蒙古族聚聚居乡（镇）7个、少数民族族村45个，是全省民族工作作重点地区。 （一）民族族团结进步创建成果显著。开开展了民族团结进步创建系列列活动，营造了民族团结和社社会和谐的良好氛围。 （二二）民族经济实现较快发展。。一是全面落实民族政策。杜杜尔伯特县享受低保金地方匹匹配仅承担15%和育林资金金全额返还等多项政策。二是是加大财政扶持力度。市政府府提高民族事业补助费标准，，设立500万元少数民族发发展扶持资金。三是确立民族族地区发展优势。牧业经济和和旅游经济已成为民族地区支支柱产业。 3个民族乡的乡长全全部由建乡少数民族干部担任任，民族学校“双语”教学全全覆盖。 三、存存在的问题及下步工作措施 虽然我市民族工作取得了一定定的成绩，但也存在一些问题题。一是民族地区基础设施建建设亟需加强。如：部分民族族村与所辖屯之间没有实现““村屯通”，影响当地经济的的发展。二是民族教育发展有有待提升。如：基础设施建设设需要进一步完善，师资力量量普遍不足等问题，制约民族族教育的均衡发展。三是回族族等信仰伊斯兰教群众生活成成本大幅增加。近年来，由于于肉食市场价格波动，给回族族等信仰伊斯兰教群众增加了了经济负担，他们渴望享受价价格调节基金政策，希望能够够根据牛羊肉价格与猪肉价格格差价适时发放肉食补贴。 下一步，我们将认真贯彻市人人大常委会的审议意见，加强强和创新民族事务社会管理机机制，提升民族事务社会管理理科学化水平，推进民族地区区更好更快发展。 一是进一一步加强民族政策宣传教育工工作。我们将坚持不懈地开展展党和国家民族理论、民族政政策、民族法律法规以及民族族知识的宣传教育，扩大民族族法律法规的宣传面，增强做做好民族工作的责任感和自觉觉性。 二是进一步强化对民民族工作的领导。我们将深刻刻认识民族问题的长期性、复复杂性和重要性，不断创新管管理体制和工作机制，突出工工作重点，强化推进措施，切切实做好全市民族工作。 industrialization, industrial characteristics, contribute to ecological environmental protection.
