描述 (DESCRIPTION) 清洁的步骤 CLEANING PROCEDURE　 倒入IPA到超声波清洗机直到运作的位置，如果清洁水不足够，只要能够完全的淹没所需清洁的物体，也可以使用。确保要清洁的部分被淹没(IPA的高度要高于需清洁的部分)。可以使用客户指定的其它非IPA的化学溶剂，但一般用IPA。 Pour IPA in the ultrasonic cleaner up to the operating level. In event of IPA shortage, machine can be used as long as the item to be cleaned will totally submerge to IPA. (IPA level is higher than the item to clean). Chemicals other than IPA can be used as instructed by the customer but in general, use IPA. 把需清洁的部分放入超声波清洗机中，然后填写表 FP-R-019 Put the item to be cleaned in the ultrasonic cleaner then fill-up FP-R-019. 使用PWB的放置夹具，将PWB垂直放置。如果PWB高于IPA的清洁的最高水平线，则用其它的夹具将其水平放置，但有锡浆的一面必须朝下。如果PWB太长，则将其斜放在清洗机中，并用夹具固定，使得PWB与清洗槽底部隔离。如果是有一面已经过炉的双面板，用顶针固定，让有锡浆的一面朝下。 PWB should be in vertical position. Use the PWB holder jig. If the PWB is too high than the IPA operating level, put it in horizontal position but the solder paste side should be at the bottom. Use different holder jig for this purpose. If the PWB was too long, put it in diagonal position with holder jig to elevate it from the solder paste residue. For double sided PWB with one side already reflowed, use the pin holder jig and place it with solder paste side at the bottom. 注意：清洗前揭掉关键片位的保护胶纸。清洗前没有揭掉胶纸会导致胶带的粘剂粘在片位上，会有潜在的问题。 NOTE: Remove protective tape (kapton tape) on critical pads prior cleaning.
