2012年防汛工作情况汇报 基本情况 33.6公里，中心坝1.8公里、芦子坝2.5公里、滁河18公里、丁字河3公里、三条撇洪渠（汪畈东、西、陈四涧）8.3公里。 具体做法 （二）实行定人、定点、定责任。全镇共划分15个责任段，由镇村主要干部负责，任防汛责任段组长。 我镇于2012年2月25日组织农村组、水利站所有工作人员、各村干部对滁河、内圩、小型水库进行认真排查，针对检查中发现的问题逐一进行除险加固：7处应急除险工程已完成6处，1处正在施工中，全镇已投入30多万元用于防汛、道路、涵闸等进行维修改造。 1、排涝渠险段： 180米，坝顶宽3米，坡比1：1.5，总投资2.2万元。 350米，坝顶宽3米，坡比1：1.5，正在施工中，总投资4万元。 2、堤防险工：全镇圩堤所有闸门启闭机都已上黄油，并进行开启试用。①更换古河村路东排涝闸底脚木；②蔡集村西韩闸丝杆锈蚀已更换；③胡家圩排涝涵损坏，切堤重建已完工，总投资0.9万元；④蔡集水库排洪渠下盛西堤排灌涵损坏，切堤重建已完工，总投资2.1万元。 3、排涝站：再安村浦草圩排涝站50千瓦变压器损坏已更换，投资2.8万元。 4、水库：全镇共7座水库，1座小一型水库，6座小二型水库，已除险加固3座，4座水库坝堤单薄，涵洞渗漏，不影响今年安全渡汛，所有水库都已制定防汛预案，汛期保持低水位运行。 5、防汛通道：所有防汛道路畅通，今年已对蔡集水库排洪渠下盛西坝2公里防汛通道进行硬化，总投入15万元。 6、物资储备：已储备木材10立方，毛竹500根、纺织袋7000条、麻袋1000条，分别与今天木行、光大木业、儒林米业、同舟米厂、竹木市场签订防汛物资代储协议，同古河镇大桥工程队签订两台挖掘机、两台工程运输车辆作为防汛应急使用协议，同古河海事所签订2只防汛船只租用协议。 7、防汛队伍：全镇成立防汛队伍4支，共4500人，其中政府成立打桩队、水手队，每个村都成立40人组成的巡逻队、抢险队。 rural grassroots cadres, plans to train 1000 village secretary of the village Party branch.(three) actively promote grassroots cadres election work.
