县域经济相关政策落实工作汇报 **市落实昆发〔2008〕16号文件各单位工作任务分解》的要求，现将涉及到**街道相关内容的落实情况汇报如下： **街道属于农业街道，近几年来坚持以“三化”化“三农”、“三化”带“三农”、“三化”服务“三农”的原则，切实加强农业基础建设，全面推进产业发展和基础设施、社会事业、生态环境建设。按照“一个产业、一个规划、一套政策、一批龙头、一批基地、一批协会”的要求，抓品牌产业和品牌企业，随着近几年的发展，农业龙头企业逐步涌现，云南金江绿色产业有限公司、云南恒进农业开发有限公司、云南惠嘉集团有限公司3家企业荣获省市农业龙头企业荣誉称号，依托恒进、博昌、茂秾等龙头企业，推动蔬菜产业向专业化、规模化方向发展，形成了空间布局合理、区域特色明显、产业聚集的现代都市型发展新格局，实现了农民收入的多元化，2011年恒进公司外销蔬菜6160吨，外销金额1232万元，年解决剩余劳动力200余人，年增加农民收入552万元，茂秾公司外销蔬菜630吨，外销金额189万元，年解决剩余劳动力130余人，年增加农民收入136万元，博昌公司外销蔬菜2300吨，外销金额575万元，解决剩余劳动力170余人，年增加农民收入216万元。 **农业产业现代化的深入发展。 20666.34亩，占总耕地面积的45.2%。突出结构调整、转变经济增长方式、提高农业产业化经营水平、打造具有较强竞争力的特色农产品精深加工产业，提高农产品商品率。继续推进农民专业合作经济组织的建设，完善其运行机制，培育出一批农村产业经纪人，2011年全街道共有农民专业合作社35个，新增6个。加大养殖户的扶持力度，充分与利之源、惠佳、华港、正大等9家标准化养殖企业合作，发挥 rural grassroots cadres, plans to train 1000 village secretary of the village Party branch.(three) actively promote grassroots cadres election work.
