Different country adopts different criterion to divide them, such as the criterion of physical state, value, procedure, registration, and so on. The law of our country should adopt the criterion of physical state of thing. 　　在民法上，动产与不动产是最为重要的一种分类。 “在每一种法中，都存在一个‘对物的最基本划分’(summa divisio)，也就是说，整个经济—社
