In fact, for most of its existence it is fair to say that anti-dumping could hardly have been called a problem for the international trading community. Anti dumping refers to the foreign products in the domestic market has taken actions against dumping. In general is the dumping of foreign goods imposed a general import taxes, and taxes, it can not be cheap to sell, such a levy known as the anti-dumping （1） Chinas accession to the WTO since brilliant achievement, however, has also become a WTO member of anti-dumping complaints than any other country. Since 1979, the European Union on China saccharin and alarm filed anti-dumping charges since, by the end of 2011, Chinas export products launched anti-dumping investigations in 821 cases, involving a total of more than tens of billions of dollars, ranked the world. (2) These anti-dumping incidents have seriously affected the economic development of our country. Therefore, it is necessary for us to clarify the anti-China dumping case, and the cause of it. Being a college student we should improve the consciousness of anti-dumping, to find a solution through the government, enterprises, and industry associations. To work together, against the unfair competition in international trade, safeguard national and the enterprise benefits.
