Space the shape of mass distribution along the Yangtze River in Yibin city, groups of old city and South Bank, South Bank Group intensive passenger 陆汉军 一、工程概况 本工程由地下车库及三栋住宅楼组成，总建筑面积为87314m2，其中地下面积27583m2，地上59731m2，地下2～3层，地上15～20层。车库为框架结构，1＃、2＃楼为剪力墙结构，3＃楼为框支剪力墙结构。 为确保本工程如期完工，按施工进度总控制计划，本工程地下室结构部分施工处于冬施期间，因此必须十分重视，冬期施工方法必须采用相应可靠措施，在组织上必须采取可靠的保证措施。 二、施工准备 1、冬施材料计划 根据冬施工方案，本年度冬施材料计划如下 冬施材料计划 材料名称 单位 用量 备注 塑料薄膜 M2 20000 草帘被 条 10000 温度计 支 100 -20～100℃ 请材料部门于2003年1月8日基础底板施工前务必要将冬施用材料全部就位。 2、冬施组织机构 见下页 3、冬施组织措施 3.1、现场成立以项目经理为首的冬施领导小组，负责安排、管理、落实、检查冬施工作。 地下室结构冬期施工 北京天润花园 江苏南通三建集团有限公司 003a-1 T3-1 冬施领导小组网络图 3.2、对有关干部与班组进行冬施培训，考核合格后方可上岗。 3.3、施工员、技术员、试验员等参加公司的统一培训，考核合格后方可上岗。 3.4、试验工、测温工、保温工等参加项目经理部培训，考核合格后方可上岗。 冬施专职人员配备如下：测温工4名，试验工4名，保温工16名。 3.5、冬施日平均气温测量工作请立即投入执行，测温要求为每天的2、8、14、20时等四全时刻的室外气温，测温处应设在距地面以上1.5米处，并远离热源的地方。并请测温人员每天早上8:00前将测温结果报技术部。 4、设施保温 4.1、在场地周围地泵位置搭设保温棚，以降低砂浆及砼入泵及出泵时的热量损失，提高砼的入泵温度。 4.2、高压泵水箱间用电取暖器采暖。 4.3、地上架设的施工用水立管，用岩棉管保温，埋地管上覆土层厚度不应低于80cm，砼泵管另覆盖草帘被，以减少输送过程中砼热量的散失。 三、主要施工方法 1、混凝土冬期施工 本工程冬施混凝土采用商品砼并采用综合蓄热法施
