Methods The 176 cases of children were divided into A、B groups, A group of 94 cases, B group of 82 cases, A group for the duration of 7d, B group for the duration of ≥ 7d；Each of the two groups after admission was received throat swab culture and blood MP-IgM test, and the difference of positive rate were compared from the results of the two grops. Results From A group throat swab culture(+) and blood MP-IgM (-) were 21 cases, throat swab culture(-) and blood MP-IgM (+) were 7 cases, with statistical difference(x2=6.0357 ,P0.05). The positive rate of throat swab culture was prominently higher than the later；There was no statistical difference in group B(x2=0.1904 ,P＞0.05). Conclusion Throat swab rapid culture for early diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection has certain clinical value and the method is simple, less invasive and should be worthy of recommendation for wider use in clinic. 【Key words】Throat swab； Mycoplasma pneumoniae；Rapid culture 近年来，肺炎支原体(MP)感染率呈逐年上升趋势，发病年龄趋小，临床表现多种多样，且很难与病毒、细菌等其它病原微生物感染相鉴别。而血MP-IgM产生较晚，不利于疾病早期诊断，因此寻找一种MP感染的早期实验室诊断标准显得尤为重要。本科室最近引进肺炎支原体快速鉴定培养试剂盒，现将2011年5月～12月收治的176例患儿同时进行了咽拭子MP培养和血MP-IgM检测，现将结果分析如下： 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料与分组 176例患儿中，男98例，女78例，年龄﹤1岁38例，1～3岁55例，3～6岁54例，＞6岁29例。所有患儿入院前半个月均未使用过大环内酯类抗生素，平均病程（5.89±3.49）A组为）） 1.3 比较两组内阳性率有无差异 即各组内咽拭子MP培养（+）且血MP-IgM（-）） + - + - 13 21 7 53 34 60 合 计 20 74 94 表2 B组咽拭子MP培养与血MP-IgM的比较（例） 咽拭子MP培养
