摘 要 屋面防水工程是房屋建筑的一项重要分部工程，工程质量的好坏关系到建筑的使用寿命，还会直接影响人们的生产活动和生活的正常进行。屋面渗漏是建筑工程中最常见的通病，要保证防水工程的质量，设计是前提，施工是关键，还要选择合适的材料。 主要研究了屋面防水工程的实效做法、质量通病及处理方法等一系列工程中的问题，基于这些问题介绍了一些改进和提高的方法。 首先，简要的介绍了防水工程的概况、建筑防水的重要性、屋面渗水的原因以及屋面防水质量的影响因素和质量控制。然后详细介绍现今屋面防水的做法，做法包括以下三种：（1）卷材防水屋面（2）刚性防水屋面（3）涂膜防水屋面。主要介绍了这三种做法的构造做法、施工工艺等。最后分析了建筑结构屋面防水常见的技术问题及解决办法。 关键词：屋面防水工程；卷材防水屋面；刚性防水屋面；涂膜防水屋面 Abstract The roofing waterproofing project is a house construction item of important work piece, the project quality quality relates the construction the service life, but also can affect peoples production to move and to live directly carries on normally.The roofing leakage is in the architectural engineering the most common common failing, must guarantee the waterproof project the quality, the design is the premise, the construction is a key, but also must choose the appropriate material. Mainly has studied the roofing waterproofing project actual effect procedure, the quality common failing and the processing method and so on in a series of project question, introduced some improvements and the enhancement method based on these questions. First, brief introduction waterproofing project survey, building waterproofing importance, roofing seep reason as well as roofing waterproofing quality influence factor and quality control.Then detailed introduction nowadays roofing waterproofing procedure, procedure including following three kinds: (1)Membrane roof(2) Rigidity waterproof roofing(3)Waterproof roofing coating.Mainly introduced these three procedure structure procedure, the construction craft and so on.Finally has analyzed the construction structure roofing waterproofing common technical question and the solution.
