LLC8 x 363 型机立窑袋式除尘器设计 摘 要： 近年来，我国水泥工业发展迅速，水泥产量大幅度增长，粉尘污染也日趋严重，水泥工业中又以立窑的粉尘治理比较困难。本课题主要对LLC8 x 363型除尘器进行改进设计，满足立窑的除尘要求。立窑的粉尘治理之所以难，就是因为它的烟气含湿量大，露点温度高，酸露点温度更高。因此本设计课题主要是解决结露、糊袋和腐蚀的问题。吸收以往的经验，此次的设计在滤料的选择上，采用耐高温、憎水性能优越，粉尘剥离性好，耐折及耐磨性能强的经特殊配方处理的玻纤滤料或中碱玻纤滤料。在本体内接触烟气的金属面，刷涂了耐高温、防腐蚀的涂料。采用从上面进气的进风方式，使进入袋室前的烟气进行多级降速，以避免烟气带入的“火星”烫坏滤袋。本体外采取保温措施（含壳体、灰斗及进风连接管道等），外加保温岩棉，尽量保证壳体内温度在露点以上 。箱体全部采用钢结构，使得漏风率小于5%。采取这些措施可以较大限度的防止结露、糊袋和腐蚀的问题，同时能够提高除尘器的使用寿命，减少维修成本，提高企业的竞争力。 关键词：布袋除尘器；滤料；结露；防腐蚀；保温 The design of LLC 8 x 363 type fabric bag filter for vertical kiln Abstract：In recent years, our national industry is developping rapid, cement output is increasing on a large scale , so dust pollution is also becoming more and more , in cement industry treatment to dust pollution caused by vertical kiln is more difficult than others . This topic mainly complets the design and improvement of LLC8 x 363 of fabric bag dust filter, which is used to the dust removal requestment. The dust of the vertical kiln is hard to remove, because its haze moisture content is big, the dew-point temperature high and the sour dew-point temperature is higher. Therefore the design in topic mainly solves the condensation, sticks the bag and the corrosion question. Absorbing the former experience, the filtration material choice for this design, we use the glass fiber filtration material of medium-alkili glass filtration chich after special handling, it can withstand high temperature, the water-repellence superior, dust cesistance good, bears folds performance and abrasiveness is strong.
