彩钢瓦成型装备设计 摘 要 彩钢瓦是涂有色彩的钢板或彩卷通过辊压冷弯成各种波型的压型板。广泛用于工业和民用建筑、仓库、大跨度的钢结构房屋的墙面、屋顶等。彩钢瓦成型装备又称辊式冷弯成型，是彩卷等原料先通过二对矫直辊，向前运动通过一排串联的成型轧辊，顺次使其缓慢弯曲，最后通过定型轧辊将平板轧制成所需的截面形状的塑性加工设备。当卷料通过设备时，矫直辊起矫直作用，压成型辊压制深度，定型辊将其压制为波型，定型辊确定其截面形状，在由长度测量装置测量卷料长度，控制系统控制剪切设备剪切，实现自动控制，完成生产信息化管理。本文通过对彩钢瓦成型装备的用途、工作原理进行分析，从而确定设计方案，完成原料开始轧制到成型过程中生产设备的机械部分的螺钉、螺栓、轴承等标准件选型、电机功率的计算及电机选型、轧辊的设计。 关键词：压型板 冷弯成型 塑性加工 成型轧辊 ABSTRACT Steel plate is coated with color or color film through the pressure plate rolling and cold-bending into various wave patterns.
