毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目： 十堰市中小企业融资问题研究 系 别： xxx 专 业： xxxx 班 级： xxxxx 学生姓名： xxxxx 学 号： xxxxxx 指导教师： 摘要 中小型企业是我国社会主义市场经济的活力所在。改革开放以来，我国政府对以中小型企业为代表的非公有制经济的政策一直是“鼓励、引导、发展”。据统计，目前中国中小企业总数已占全国企业总数的99%以上，创造的最终产品和服务价值相当于国内生产总值的60%左右，在繁荣经济、推动创新、扩大出口、增加就业等方面发挥了重要作用。[1]然而，中小企业融资难问题已经成为中小企业长远发展的瓶颈，并被社会各界广泛关注。 本论文以十堰市中小型企业为研究对象，首先对中小型企业的概念进行了详细阐述，并说明了中小企业对十堰市经济发展所起到的作用；其次，详细分析了十堰市中小企业融资环境和融资渠道及其特点；再次，采用比较分析方法主要是分析了国内外中小企业的融资环境和融资的措施，并对我国不同经济发展水平地区的做法作了比较分析；然后，运用实证方法和规范方法分析了中小企业的融资的现状、影响因素、存在的问题，以及构建中小企业的融资体系等多个问题；最后，通过案例分析，揭示十堰市中小企业融资过程中遇到的难题，并提出解决方案，为十堰市广大中小企业融资提供一定的参考。 关键词：十堰市；中小企业；融资；案例 Abstract SMEs are the vitality of Chinas socialist market economy lies.
