黄石理工学院 毕业设计（论文） PAGE 37 摘要 随着我国塑料工业的发展，塑料模具也在不断的发展。由于模具塑件在尺寸精度、形位公差等方面要求很高，成型时需要考虑控制收缩造成的模形误差，所以盒盖注塑模设计是一项难度大、技术含量高、工作量繁重的任务。按照传统的设计方法，仅靠经验和手艺，在较短的时间内是很难完成模具的精密设计与制造的。目前国内主流CAD/CAM软件多是国外软件，这些软件功能强大，通用性强，但操作复杂，并在设计标准上与我国存在部分差异。为使这些优秀软件满足专业设计需求，操作更加简便，并在我国模具行业中发挥更大的潜能，本课题组提出了基于Pro/E平台下的盒盖注塑模CAD系统的研究课题。 本论文分析了盒盖的结构和工艺特点，并综合考虑制件的材料提出了制件的成型方案。有针对性地制定了模具设计制造工艺方案，简化了设计结构。并利用Pro/E软件对模具进行分模设计、利用EMX调用标准模架，以及利用Mastercam软件对凹模加工进行CAM设计，实现了加工模拟和程序的自动生成，提高了模具设计制造效率及准确性。 关键词：盒盖；注塑模；分型面；模具结构 Abstract With the development of the plastic industry, plastic mold has been continuously development.
