摘要本设计主要介绍了人造板热压机自动化控制系统。通过对热压机工作原理的分析及实际生产的要求，设计出热压机的软硬件程序，保证了热压机的正常快速高质量的运行。人造板是木材加工生产中电气设备最多、控制最复杂的生产线是整个系统中最重要的设备，必须按时间、行程、压力、温度、位移等或工艺参数进行协调控制。本设计给出了完整的程序PLC 应用于热压机，解决了系统的要求，提高了系统的可靠性和维修的快速性。 根据工艺要求，本设计在热压过程中满足“压力-时间-位置”曲线和压机的闭合及开启时的速度要求。在实际生产中要求的人造板的层数、厚度等的变化只需对程序局部进行修改即可达到要求，这正是PLC控制的一大优点。人造板热压机PLC控制系统采用公司型PLC,其硬件基本由开关量输入单元、模拟量输入单元、脉冲输入单元、继电器输出单元和晶体管输出单元组成。关键：热压机工作原理，PLC控制程序This article mainly introduced the automatic control system of hot press of wood-based plate. Through the analysis of requirements and producing actually of the hot press operation principle, the software procedure of the hot press machine is designed , has guaranteed the normal and fast and high-quality operation of the hot press. The control system of hot press machine is more complicated . The hot press machine is the most important apparatus in the whole system, control in coordination according to principles such as time , journey , pressure , temperature , displacement ,etc. or craft parameter run well. Originally design and software procedure of the hot press are giving, the systematic technological requirement is solved, the ones that have improved systematic dependability and maintenance are fast. According to technological requirement , design in hot pressing meeting pressure - time - position curve and closure and pace requirement while opening of press originally. Layers of change of count , thickness ,etc. of wood-based plate that require in actual production need , so on , it can meet the qualification to fix to procedure part only, this is exactly a great advantage that PLC controls. The hot press machine’s PLC control system of the wood-based plate adopts OMRON Companys Model C2000H PLC, hardware its input switch unit , analog quantity input unit , pulse input unit , relay output basically.
