摘 要
本文介绍了由全数字直流调速器组成的高炉探尺控制系统的工作原理，手动调节的过程和工作特性，并通过实际的调速电路定性的分析了高炉探尺控制系统运行时的状态变化及解决途径。介绍了西门子SIMOREG DC-MASTER 6RA70直流调速装置的使用方法，系统的设计思路，以及全数字控制系统的优越性。
