（ 摘要 水泥是国民经济的基础材料，水泥工业是重化工工业，它的特点是对矿产资源的依存性大，物料储运量多，能量消耗高。水泥作为建筑工业的三大基本材料之一，使用广，用量大，素有“建筑工业的粮食”之称。 当代最先进的水泥生产技术是新型干法预分解技术。预分解技术室指原料入回转窑前现在预热器内进行预热与均化，在分解炉内进行碳酸钙的分解。从而达到使回转窑的效率得到最大的提高。根据内蒙地区需求量与产量的分析，本设计题目确定为2.0kt/d水泥熟料水泥工厂窑头，窑中工艺设计。 设计首先进行配料计算，物料平衡，主机平衡，储库平衡，物料与热量平衡的计算和车间的计算。在此基础上进行烧成窑头，窑中车间主要设备选型。其中包括，回转窑规格确定，冷却机的选型设计，风机的选型设计，电收尘的选型设计，破碎机的选型设计，最终确定了水泥厂烧成窑头，窑中的工艺设置及布置。 关键词：水泥，配料计算，热工计算，窑头窑中工艺设计，设备选型。 Abstract Cement is the basic material of the national economy, the cement industry is a heavy chemical industry, it is characterized by the dependence on mineral resources, material storage quantity, high energy consumption.
