摘 要 本设计主要介绍了液压卷扬机的结构、总体设计及工作情况。其中对液压卷扬机传动系统的设计做了分析和理论推导，为开发同类产品提供了设计方法。卷扬机是钻探施工中升降钻具、套管及处理孔内事故的主要设备之一。液压卷扬机结构紧凑，传动平稳，调整范围大，操纵简单，易于安装。它即可与钻机配套，又可独立使用，是一个很值得开发的产品。 随着我国各项事业的迅猛发展，对相关设备的安全性、方便灵活性和工作效率提出了更高的要求。为满足现在施工升降机的需要及冶金、矿山、轻工等行业起重设备更新之需，设计制造自由落钩卷扬机是事在必行的。本卷扬机采用三级行星齿轮传动，行星齿轮传动体积小，能够满足卷扬机的结构要求，同时行星齿轮传动效率高，承载能力大，工作平稳，用三级行星齿轮传动增大了转动比，从而达到了设计要求。 关键词：自由落钩卷扬机；卷筒；传动比；行星齿轮；效率 ABSTRACT The paper introduces the structure， design and working condition of a hydraulic hoister. Make analysis and theoretical guide for the hydraulic hoister which provides design methods for the development of similar products. Hoister is one of the main equipment in drilling construction tripping， casing and handling accidents in the hole. Hydraulic hoister has the compact structure， smooth transmission， large adjustment range， manipulating simple and easy to install. It can be used independently， and is a very worthwhile product to development. With the rapid development of many kinds of enterprise in our country， many requests are set for the security， the convenience flexibility and the working efficiency of the correlation equipment. To meet the needs of modern construction and the updating of metallurgy， mining， light industry and other sectors lifting equipment， design the freedom hook-dropping hoister is going necessarily. The hoister used three planetary gear for driving， the driving volume of planetary gear is small， which can meet the structural requirements of hoister. Meanwhile planetary gear has high driving efficiency， bearing capability is great， smooth， three level planetary gear is used to increase the transmission ratio， so as to achieve the design requirements.
