毕业设计说明书 题 目: EM6120HNG5底盘制动管路 布置和底骨架设计 学院(直属系): 机械工程与自动化学院 年级、 专业: 姓 名: 学 号: 指 导 教 师: 完 成 时 间: 2013年6月2日 摘要 底盘制动管路系统和底骨架是客车的重要组成部分，本文主要论述其布置与组成、管路的设计走向与安装、底盘装配和调试工艺及调试质量控制。 客车底盘技术是整车技术的关键，其制动管路的好与坏直接影响客车的输气与刹车制动性能，本车型采用的是四回路气压制动系统，主要根据其系统原理及设计规范进行合理的布置管路，最后经过系统性能分析计算，最大限度地延长其使用寿命和提高其制动性能与稳定性。 底盘装配和调试工艺及调试质量控制，主要是对气制动系统检查、制动系路试工艺以及行车制动与轴荷分配检查，来校核其制动性能。 底骨架主要是根据客户的要求、运行环境以及相关的标准，对底架后段升台骨架和中乘客门踏步骨架做出改进设计，在满足骨架设计规范前提下，装配到原有的底骨架中，达到优化底架的目的。 【关键词】底盘制动管路；底骨架；底盘装配；制动踏板；行车制动 Abstract The chassis brake lines and bottom skeleton are the important parts of the bus. The paper mainly discusses the layout and composition, pipeline design and installation, chassis assembly and commissioning process and commissioning of quality control, as well as chassis and body engaging process. The bus chassis technology is the key to vehicle technology. Whether the brake lines are good or bad, directly impacts on passenger gas and brake performance. The model is a four-circuitpneumatic brake system, whose reasonable arrangement of piping is mainly based on the theory and design of the system, and finally through the system performance analysis, maximizing its life and improve the braking performance and stability. Chassis assembly, commissioning process and commissioning of quality control, are mainly to the air brake system check, brake system road test process, and the service brake and axle load distribution check, to check the braking performance.
