Convenient and widely used in the production, security, field engineering in areas such as small scale of mobile communication engineering. This time we mainly to design a frequency of 20 MHZ FM transmitter, FM was carried out on the input signal. First the input signal control varactor diode capacitance value size, for varactor part connected to the three-point capacitance frequency modulation, frequency modulation signal is produced. Frequency modulation signal of two-stage LC resonance power amplifier, power is greatly increased, the higher harmonic filtering through LC filter network, finally through the telescopic antenna. Using transformer coupling between level, then realize the impedance matching, and achieve the isolation level before and after, the transistor quiescent point are independent of each other. The oscillation magnitude using three-terminal voltage regulator chip to provide stable voltage, guarantee the stability of oscillator to produce frequency modulation signal.
