摘 要 本次毕业设计的是半自动液压专用铣床的液压设计，设计主要是将自己所学的知识结合辅助材料运用到设计中，初步掌握正确的设计思想和设计的基本方法步骤,巩固深化和扩大所学的知识,培养理论联系实际的工作方法和独立工作能力，以及达到正确绘制部件总装图和零件工作图等方面的基本训练及基本技能。整个设计主要完成了七个部分：参数的选择、方案的制定、图卡的编制、液压系统的设计、PLC的设计以及最后有关的验算。主体部分基本在图的编制和液压系统的设计两部分中完成的。 通过这次毕业设计锻炼了自己独立思考和严谨的求学态度，了解了半自动专用铣床液压系统的工作原理以及它的总体结构，同时我也明白了学习是一个长期积累的过程，在以后的工作、生活中都应该不断的学习，努力提高自己知识和综合素质。 关键词：液压设计；半自动；铣床；…… ABSTRACT This graduation design is a semi automatic hydraulic special milling machine hydraulic design, design is mainly to combine the knowledge of auxiliary materials used in design, the preliminary master the correct design idea and basic steps to consolidate, deepen and expand the knowledge, training theory with the actual method of work and work independently ability, and to achieve the correct rendering of part work and parts assembly diagram and other aspects of the basic training and basic skills.
