中文摘要 瞬变电磁法（Transient Electromagnetic Method ,TEM）是探测地下未知物体电性参数的重要方法之一。随着经济的发展、社会的进步，地下矿产资源变得越来越紧缺，越来越多的问题亟待解决，而随着现在仪器变得越来越数字化和智能化，这些问题几乎都可以用瞬变电磁法来解决，特别是近几年来在地下水探测、地质调查等领域都发挥了很大的作用。目前几乎涉及了地球物理勘探的各个领域包括海洋和空中，可见已成为重要的地球物理勘探方法之一。 本设计主要分为两个组成部分：FPGA控制部分和H型桥路部分。其中FPGA控制部分包括：内部电源部分、模数转换部分、控制信号驱动电路部分；H型桥路部分包括：驱动电路部分、光电隔离电路部分、由MOSFET管构成的H桥部分。基本工作过程是：由FPGA产生脉冲控制信号，该信号经过ULN2803达林顿管进行驱动放大，放大后的控制信号可以控制由MOSFET构成的H型桥路，再通过6N137光电隔离模块和IR2102S驱动电路的作用，在发射线圈中就可以得到想要的脉冲发射电流。 通过实验可以证明，本设计发射机的发射线圈尺寸较小面积仅为0.64平方米，发射电流较大可以达到30A，关断延迟时间短可以小于50微秒，并且实现了多个桥路的并联叠加，达到了设计的要求。 关键词： 瞬变电磁法, 桥路并联, 便携，发射机 外文摘要 Title Portable transient electromagnetic transmitter Abstract The Transient Electromagnetic Method(TEM) is one of the important ways used to detect the electrical parameters of the unknown underground objects. As the instruments become digital, intelligent and the increasing of power, the TEM can solve more and more problems, it has a wide application prospect in mineral exploration, groundwater exploration, archaeology and geological survey, etc. In recent years it has a positive impact especially in groundwater exploration, soil salinity survey and so on. Now it almost involves all of the fields of geophysical exploration including the ocean and the air, it has become one of the important geophysical exploration methods visibly. This design is mainly composed of two major components: FPGA control part and bridge section. Among them, the FPGA control part mainly includes: FPGA power supply module, AD module and driver module; the bridge part mainly includes: driver module, photoelectric isolation module and bridge module composed of MOSFET devices. The basic work process is: the FPGA produces impulse control signal, and then through the ULN2803 driven amplifier, then the signal was sent to 6N137 photoelectric isolated module, after that the launch bridge road is driven by IR2102S, then we can get the pulse waveform from the coil at the output side of the bridge road .
