内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：低压脉冲袋式除尘系统设计 学生姓名：黄建丽 学 号：200440503212 专 业：测控技术与仪器 班 级：测控2004-2班 指导教师：燕芳 讲师低压脉冲袋式除尘系统设计 摘 要 10mg/m3以下。 本设计采用的是脉冲反吹煤气净化工艺，以微机为上位机，以可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)为下位机的自动控制结构。上位机通过MCGS组态监控软件制作出整个高炉煤气除尘画面，实现对整个生产过程的监控；下位机主要实现对除尘系统各个执行机构的控制，通过PLC编程实现阀门的关闭、开启,从而控制除尘系统的运行、停止。 袋式除尘设备在运行一段时间后的清灰是袋式除尘过程中的核心技术，清灰效果的好坏直接影响袋式除尘设备的效率和使用。设计中采用了离线反吹方式按压差对5个箱体进行依次反吹清灰。 关键词： Design of system for bag dedusting with low pressure pulse Abstract One of Iron smelting subsidiary outcome-Blast Furnace Gas have a large number of thermal energy,chemical energy,pressure can and dust.After the dust removal,its energy cycle will get for the steel mils,iron works,the pressure processing plant and other production sectors,also can significantly reduce energy consumption and production costs,and bring about substantial business economic benefits.Bag Filter is also known as filter-dust collector,it is a dry-efficient dust catcher,which uses fiber preparation of components produced by the bag filter to trap dust particles in a gas solid,belong to a meticulous dust.Bag filter can be to reduce the dust of gas blast furnace under 10 mg/m3. The design is based on pulse cleaning gas purification process,it takes the PC to the upper subsystem and a programmable logic controller (PLC) for the lower subsystem of the control structure.The upper subsystem creat the blast furnace gas dust screen though the MCGS,and complete to momnitor the entir process;The lower subsystem mainly achieve to control the actuator of the dust system,it can complete open and customs of the valve through the PLC,so it can control running and stop of the dust system. The dust bag cleaning equipment is the key technology while bag dust removal equipment has operated for some time,cleaning effect of the dust bag have a direct impact on the efficiency and use of equipment.The design uses the offline cleaning method by pressure on the five boxes to followed cleaning.
