销售报表的最爱：Excel复合饼图及其使用技巧 在使用Excel制作销售报表时，我们经常会碰到如下场景，在所有的商品销售中，鼠标的销售数量共399，其中鼠标销售中又分为无线鼠标、有线鼠标和蓝牙鼠标，在表格中分别对三种鼠标的销售数量进行计数。当我们碰到这种既有产品总量，又有各项产品销售明细的表格，我们应当如何制作图表表现呢？答案就是：复合饼图。 　　在制作复合饼图的时候，我们按照上图的表格直接创建是无法制作完成的，所以第一步我们需要对当前的数据表进行改造。改造后的表格如下： 　　没错，我们将鼠标产品的销售总量删除了。为什么要这样做呢？因为无线鼠标、有线鼠标和蓝牙鼠标的销售总和就是鼠标的销售数量。 　　我们通过修改后的数据表创建复合饼图。 　　创建好的复合饼图如下。从下图的图例中我们可以看到，无线鼠标的位置发生了问题，如何把它移动到小圆中呢？ 　　选中复合饼图，点击鼠标右键，选择“设置数据系列格式”。 　　进入设置数据系列格式窗口，找到“第二绘图区包含最后一个”条目，此时，我们就可以修改小圆中的数据个数了。此时将窗口中的数字改成“3”，然后点击关闭。 　　此时我们添加数据标签后，我们会发现橘红色部分名称为其他，此时我们只要手动更改为“鼠标”即可，最终效果如下。（来源：中达金桥IT培训特邀提供） 　　 　　 推荐专题：职业技能提升之office办公软件 　　 to correcting misunderstandings advocate good cadre style. 2, to carry out the double of human activities.
