北京通州区台湖镇中心区城市设计类别：城市中心与街区 甲方：台湖镇政府规模：68公顷地点：北京通州区状态：在建特色：-本项目位于北京通州台湖镇，作为第一阶段投标项目的深化设计涵盖两大片区，总面积约为80公顷。1 总体构思－总体策略 在总体格局、交通组织、景观设计、建筑形制等方面充分体现新镇区宜居、宜业的设计理念：（1）城市空间：突出塘湖－古槐广场景观与商业核心，重点建设纵向景观带与横向绿色廊道，形成两纵三横大格局。（2）城市景观：保护现有水渠杨林带、塘湖与古树，强化绿色十字廊道，形成台湖认知与发展的坐标。（3）用地功能：尊重原有功能格局，局部微调，强化复合功能。（4）绿道网格，建设生态基础设施，构建生态人文城市。（5）绿色交通：整体保留控规道路的格局，建立自行车和步行系统。联通东西两大组团。（6）绿色社区与建筑：应用生态理念和技术。2 方案特色独特的历史、交通和水系条件，为台湖镇区的设计提供了无限的想象空间。基于绿色城市理念，从营造生态、人文和高效的新城市目标出发，形成本方案的五大基本特色：第一大特色绿色十字——台湖生长之源、认知之源、活力之“源”。以塘湖－古槐广场为核心，以东西向水渠杨林带与南北向中央景观带为轴线，形成台湖镇区特色景观与空间格局。以“十字绿脊”为轴组织空间与交通网络, 形成有序的城市空间第二大特色绿色网络基底――溶解绿地。第三大特色田园住区，拥抱绿色环境。——将城市融入绿色基底。第四大特色复合功能，创新单元产业区――溶解城市单一功能区。第五大特色绿色交通，建立一个以自行车、步行为主的绿色交通网络。?to correcting misunderstandings advocate good cadre style. 2, to carry out the double of human activities.
