题 目: 我国第三方物流企业的核心竞争力研究 ——以德邦物流为例 院系名称： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 2013年05月25日 摘 要 近年来，随着国民经济的飞速发展，我国物流市场需求持续扩大，物流行业也成不断增长的态势，物流体系不断完善，然而由于中国物流行业起步较晚，行业运行还有许多不成熟之处，大多数都是中小民营物流企业，竞争力明显不足。另外再加上近两年国际物流巨头不断开拓我国物流市场，我国物流企业更面临严峻的形势，因此充分认识当前我国民营物流行业发展现状及问题，找出适合我国民营物流企业发展的策略，逐步培育和强化它们的核心竞争力有非常重要的意义。 在这样的背景下，本论文选取第三方物流代表性企业（德邦物流）为研究对象，首先明确企业核心竞争力的内涵、特征等，然后通过对德邦物流的发展现状及前景分析，来反映当前我国第三方物流企业面临的机遇和挑战，在借鉴前人研究的基础上，从人力资源管理、信息化建设等方面探讨如何更好的提高第三方物流企业服务水平和核心竞争力。 通过对德邦物流的分析，发现其主要存在运作体系薄弱，管理体制不完善；运营费用支出较大；物流管理人才缺乏；物流技术水平较低，物流设施利用不足，信息化建设亟待提高等问题。而且这些问题也是我国中小型民营物流企业普遍存在的问题。对德邦物流上述存在的问题的探讨和解决，可以使德邦物流企业认清当前的形势，制定和实施一系列强化自身核心竞争力的措施，也能为我国第三方物流企业的发展提供借鉴。 关键词：第三方物流 核心竞争力 德邦物流 Title Our Country Third Party Logistics Enterprises Core Competitiveness Research——With Deppon Logistics As An Example Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, Chinas logistics market demand continues to expand, the logistics industry is also a growing trend, and constantly improve the logistics system, however, due to the logistics industry in China started late, the industry is running, there are many immature at, most of which are small and medium-sized private logistics enterprises, competitiveness is clearly insufficient.
